By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Shugosha Summit ("the Event"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Event Admission

Admission is granted only with a valid ticket purchased through our official channels.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing by event organizers.
Event Changes

The Event schedule, speakers, and program are subject to change without prior notice.

If unforeseen circumstances arise, the Event may be rescheduled, relocated, or adapted to a virtual formatCancellations & Refunds

No refunds will be given for no-shows.
Intellectual Property & Recording

All event content, including presentations, workshops, and materials, is the property of the organizers or the respective speakers.

Recording, live streaming, or sharing event content without written permission is prohibited.

By attending, you grant permission for the use of your likeness in photographs, video, and audio recordings for promotional purposes.
Liability

Attendance is at your own risk. The organizers are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or loss during the Event.

For virtual events, we are not responsible for technical issues on the attendee’s end.
Code of Conduct

All attendees must treat others with respect and maintain a safe, inclusive environment. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Utah, United States.
