Attendee Cancellations

Refunds: All ticket sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds for cancellations.

Transfers: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no cost. To request a transfer, email our event team at least 7 days before the Summit.
No-Show Policy

If you do not attend the event and have not arranged a ticket transfer or credit in advance, your ticket will be forfeited without refund or credit.
Event Cancellations by Organizer

If the Shugosha Summit is canceled, all registered attendees will receive a full refund of their ticket purchase price.

If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the announcement.
Program Changes

The event schedule, speakers, and workshop lineup are subject to change. Such changes do not qualify for refunds, but any replacement sessions will be of equal value.
