Refund & Cancellation  Policy

Attendee Cancellations

  • Refunds: All ticket sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds for cancellations.

  • Transfers: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no cost. To request a transfer, email our event team at least 7 days before the Summit.

No-Show Policy

  • If you do not attend the event and have not arranged a ticket transfer or credit in advance, your ticket will be forfeited without refund or credit.

Event Cancellations by Organizer

  • If the Shugosha Summit is canceled, all registered attendees will receive a full refund of their ticket purchase price.

  • If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the announcement.

Program Changes

  • The event schedule, speakers, and workshop lineup are subject to change. Such changes do not qualify for refunds, but any replacement sessions will be of equal value.
